For the Polish branch of the British company, servicing the sports betting and gaming industry, which specialises in high traffic applications and websites using the most advanced technologies, we are looking for: 
 
UX Designer 
Location: Krakow 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • working with a team of UX designers to innovate, provide constructive criticism and improve output efficiency and quality 
  • justifying every design decision, ensuring it is all documented and available for stakeholders to review 
  • balancing analytics and business requirements while producing a user centred design 
  • ensuring stakeholders are clearly presented solutions 
  • taking part in brainstorming workshops and stakeholder interviews and ensuring all due dates are met 
  • creating UX design proposals using sketches, wireframes and rapid prototyping 
  • tracking all creative tasks through the workflow management system and take responsibilities for your own tasks and ensure that all feedback and sign off is documented and dated 
  • participating in usability sessions ensuring the customer’s voice remains the focus of any project 
  • iterating your designs quickly whilst incorporating relevant feedback from stakeholders 
  • ensuring your colleagues spread across multiple locations are aware of the projects you’re working on and that there is alignment on any overlap 
  • attending Community of Practice sessions 
 
We expect: 
 
  • experience as a UX Designer 
  • a grasp of UX best practices and an extensive portfolio to back it up 
  • good wireframing (low and high fidelity) AND prototyping skills using tools such as Axure 
  • experience and background from a high transactional industry, Gaming (Casino) experience would be very beneficial 
  • experience in presenting to key stakeholders 
  • excellent knowledge of modern multi-device design principles 
  • ability to communicate clearly about your designs and advocate your opinions 
  • experience in working in an organisation that delivers end to end as well as working with large teams and multiple stakeholders 
  • very good English skills (written and spoken)
