For the Polish branch of the British company, servicing the sports betting and gaming industry, which specialises in high traffic applications and websites using the most advanced technologies, we are looking for: 
 
Lead UX Designer 
Location: Krakow 
 
 
Responsibilities: 
 
  • proactively manage the project lifecycle ensuring agreed timescales, budgets and targets remain on track 
  • as part of the Customer Experience leadership team, you will motivate others and ensure everyone understands what success means in Customer Experience 
  • ensure the high standards expected of the Customer Experience team are always met 
  • balancing analytics and business requirements while producing a user centred design 
  • ensuring the team have the tools and information they need to succeed in their tasks and that all due dates are met and tasks prioritised in line with the business requirements 
  • tracking all creative tasks through the workflow management system, ensuring individuals take responsibilities for their tasks and that all feedback and sign off is documented and dated 
  • ensuring stakeholders are clearly presented solutions and are regularly briefed on the progress of any given project 
  • ensuring that team members spread across multiple locations are kept up to date with progress and individual’s achievements are acknowledged 
  • mentoring team members, helping them develop their careers 
 
We expect: 
 
  • experience as a UX Designer 
  • at least 2 years of experience managing a team 
  • superb information design skills 
  • excellent wireframing and prototyping skills using Axure 
  • a strong portfolio to showcase your UX process, case studies and have UX or strong Product design experience 
  • experience and background from a high transactional industry (e-commerce experience would be an asset) 
  • experience in working in an organisation that delivers end to end as well as with large teams and multiple stakeholders 
  • excellent presentation skills 
  • excellent knowledge of modern multi-device design principles 
  • excellent English skills (written and spoken)
