Essential functions
This is a highly visible, cross-functional position that sits at the intersection of Software Engineering, AI, and organizational transformation.
You will be responsible for introducing, integrating, and scaling AI capabilities across the company — starting with engineering teams and gradually expanding to the wider business. You’ll work hands-on with modern AI tooling while building the standards, documentation, training programs, and best practices that enable hundreds of employees to work more effectively with Generative AI.

- Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of enterprise AI tools, ensuring they operate securely and effectively within the organization’s ecosystem.
- Build practical AI workflows by integrating LLM-based solutions with internal systems and developer tooling.
- Drive company-wide AI adoption through a structured rollout strategy, beginning with engineering teams and expanding across business functions.
- Design and continuously improve AI enablement programs, including workshops, technical documentation, playbooks, self-paced learning materials, and best practices.
- Define engineering standards for AI usage, including prompting guidelines, reusable workflows, documentation standards, and recommended ways of working.
- Build and support a network of AI Champions who will promote knowledge sharing and AI adoption within their teams.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, IT, and Legal teams to establish secure and practical governance for enterprise AI usage.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies using objective technical criteria and real business use cases.
- Measure adoption, engagement, and business impact, providing recommendations based on data rather than assumptions.
- Stay hands-on by prototyping new AI solutions, testing emerging capabilities, and continuously exploring how AI can improve software development and business productivity.
- Scale your impact by creating high-quality documentation, reusable assets, and self-service learning resources rather than relying solely on individual coaching.
- Occasionally travel to company offices to facilitate workshops and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
Experience / Knowledge
Technical Experience
- Hands-on Software Engineering experience.
- Strong software development fundamentals, regardless of primary programming language.
- Experience building integrations using APIs, authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and modern development workflows.
- Practical scripting or prototyping skills in at least one programming language such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python, PHP, or similar.
- Solid understanding of Git-based development processes.
- Good understanding of security, privacy, and data governance principles.
AI Experience
- Commercial or extensive hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows, coding assistants, AI agents, retrieval-based solutions, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, AI limitations, evaluation techniques, and practical enterprise use cases.
- Genuine curiosity about emerging AI technologies and a habit of continuously experimenting with new tools.
Communication and Leadership
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring developers, leading technical workshops, onboarding engineers, or creating technical learning materials.
- Proven ability to influence teams and drive technology adoption without formal management authority.
- Comfortable presenting to both technical and business stakeholders.
- English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable AI integration frameworks.
- Previous experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Technical Enablement.
- Experience creating technical documentation, developer education content, or internal learning programs.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Knowledge of SQL, vector databases, RAG, Docker, CI/CD, or Kubernetes.
