Qualification and Skills

• Experience in solution architecture or business analysis roles.
• Prior experience in the airline or travel industry is highly desirable.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles, including leading workshops, conducting client interviews, and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• A structured, analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive technical and functional analyses to uncover actionable insights.
• Lead and participate in client workshops, facilitate solution discovery, and deliver high-quality presentations.
• Collaborate closely with product, delivery, and engineering teams to align client requirements with product backlogs and sprint plans, ensuring timely tracking and resolution of deliverables and dependencies.
• Take part in key project lifecycle activities, including solutions architecture, project coordination, requirements gathering, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and supporting technology change initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation, including strategies, plans, analyses, requirements, architecture, and project status reports.
• Uphold a high standard of quality in all deliverables, ensuring consistency and excellence.
