Experience/Knowledge

• Experience in technical support and team leadership.
• Expertise in specific technologies, primarily HTML and CSS, as well as experience with Digital Ad technologies such as Google Ad Manager, Outbrain, etc.
• Commitment to ongoing education and certification to stay current with industry and technology trends.
• Knowledge of German language (spoken and written).

Nice to have:

• Additional experience in Digital/Ad Technology (DV360, SSP, DSP, AdServer, Campaign Management, Yield Management).
• Relevant certifications like ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, or other vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) can be advantageous.
• English language.

Technical Support and Customer Care:

• You help customers with technical onboarding and advertising integrations.

Project Management and Product Implementation:

• You independently take charge of time-sensitive projects and product implementations, ensuring they are executed successfully.

Collaboration and Process Improvement:

• You work closely with technical suppliers and the IT department.
