Software Engineer
For Canadian company, a digital product studio, which specializes in designing and delivering user-centred, cloud-first solutions and which is working with hundreds of enterprise clients, we are looking for:
Software Engineer
Location: Krakow
Responsibilities:
- creation of scalable, reliable, resilient, secure systems that are built open-source with cloud first architecture
- building with a platform mindset using Docker and an open-source PaaS that runs on Azure or AWS
- combining Java, Spring, Node.js, Angular, React.js as needed for each project
- using ELK and analytics tools within solutions to deliver insights for clients
- working in an Agile team with Designers and Strategists to continuously iterate and build feedback into the solution
- committing to constantly evolving CI/CD chain and working templates
- working with such technologies within projects as Azure, DotCMS and Red Hat
We expect:
- a person who is more of a backend developer with frontend skills and excitement about challenging engineering puzzles
- constantly learning and absorbing the rapid changes in the engineering industry
- at least 3 years of diverse software engineering experience
- approaching new projects with the client needs and users in mind
- demonstrated personal and professional interest in the tech profile used by the company
- ability to travel up to 5% of the time
