As part of this initiative, we are looking for an AI Adoption Manager who will play a key role in driving AI adoption across the organization.
AI Adoption Manager

Essential functions
This is a highly visible, strategic position focused on enabling AI adoption across non-technical teams. Reporting within the executive organization and working closely with Technology leadership, you will help employees translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
Your mission will be to ensure people across the company know how, when, and why to use AI effectively in their everyday work.
You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and AI specialists to build a culture where AI becomes a natural part of daily operations.
- Design and deliver AI enablement programs tailored to different business functions, including workshops, learning paths, playbooks, and practical training materials.
- Build, develop, and coordinate a company-wide network of AI Champions who will support knowledge sharing and drive local adoption within their teams.
- Own and continuously improve the organization’s AI Knowledge Hub by creating practical resources, prompt libraries, best practices, use cases, and learning content.
- Define and monitor AI adoption metrics, measure business impact, identify adoption gaps, and recommend initiatives that increase engagement and productivity.
- Drive internal communication around AI through newsletters, showcases, presentations, demonstrations, and educational events that maintain momentum across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to identify high-value AI use cases, support pilot initiatives, evaluate outcomes, and scale successful solutions.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices, bringing relevant ideas and practical recommendations into the organization.
- Work closely with Technology, Security, Legal, and executive stakeholders to ensure AI adoption aligns with governance, compliance, and business objectives.
- Help shape an organizational culture where AI becomes a practical productivity tool rather than an isolated innovation initiative.
Experience / Knowledge
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Change Management, Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, or a similar function.
- Proven experience leading organization-wide adoption or transformation initiatives.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Strong ability to influence teams without direct reporting authority and successfully drive behavioural change.
AI & Digital Fluency
- Hands-on experience using modern Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of how AI can improve business processes and employee productivity.
- Ability to evaluate AI solutions critically and distinguish practical applications from market hype.
- Comfortable experimenting with new technologies and translating technical concepts into accessible business language.
- Programming experience is not required.
Communication
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership as well as operational teams.
- Experience delivering workshops, training sessions, or large-scale internal communication initiatives.
Analytical Mindset
- Ability to define meaningful KPIs and adoption metrics.
- Comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong evidence-based decision-making approach.
Nice to have
- Experience working within technology-driven or digital product organizations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint as knowledge management platforms.
- Experience designing digital learning experiences or e-learning programs.
- Background in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, Community Management, or Employee Enablement.
